LOL Thanks Szeling for this so darn true comic.
I always hate how I have to make a pretentious voice out to sound more masculine because I’ve always been called Ma’am by ALL operators of all companies, from McDonald’s to SingTel 100 Directory Assistance.
They think calling people Sir/Ma’am every once in a while after every sentence/question is a basic courtesy. Not anymore when they use the wrong one!
